I love sleep, I miss sleep. I used to be able to sleep anywhere, anytime. In fact I remember sleeping on an airport sofa just 30 minutes before a flight to Milan and I was properly sleeping. I was also a bit partial to a Sunday snooze in front of the telly after a great roast dinner.
But now I really struggle with my sleep and I do everything I can to help myself relax and unwind before bed. From milky drinks to a tidy bedroom and everything inbetween. One bedroom product I really love is my Lumie Clock which really helps set your body into a natural rhythm with its gradual daylight alarm. You can read some more of mine and a selection of other bloggers tips in the infographic below which was collated by Hillarys Blinds.

What helps ( or hinders ) your sleep?

Ahh, I am so with you on this. I used to sleep like a log in my youth – no stopping me getting my full 8 hrs, but that’s sadly no longer the case. We’ve had a ‘natural sun rise’ alarm clock for ten years or so and if you have to use an alarm, it’s a good way to be woken up.
