I know I only started back writing meal plans last week and then I only went and totally forgot this week.. Oops.
So here it is..
Monday : RibEye steaks with new potatoes, mixed peppercorn sauce, garlic mushrooms and chargrilled tomatoes We bought two ribeye steaks at a local food festival on the weekend and I was eager to try them in the sous vide and see just how good they could be. I also bought a few varieties of peppercorns so I made an awesome sauce to accompany.
Tuesday: Pork loin steaks with apple sauce, homemade chips and peas
Wednesday: Chicken Korma with rice and poppadoms
Thursday: Tomato Gnocchi Bake – we needed at least one veggie meal!
Friday: BBQ including 48 hr ribs and chicken
Saturday: Food festival delights
Sunday: Alfresco dining – menu to be planned out
