Sometimes I can’t find the words to say what I want these days, even to write up a simple recipe. Today is one of those days so I’m giving my brain a break and sharing some photos of what we have eaten over the last few days:
Starting with a seriously good Sous Vide bbq brisket, rocket and mature cheddar toastie. Simple.
Next up was maple, apple and mustard sous vide ham..’twas tremendous.
A baked chicken and coconut curry:
A roasted carrot, turnip and celeriac soup:
And well this was the favourite meal that my 3 year ok ate all week.. Beetroot (princess) pasta from Dell Ugo, homemade meatballs in sauce with salad bits. It was devoured.
Recipes for most dishes will follow in the next week. Just hitting the snooze button for a day or so. Nanight.
