How do you feel about Sprouts? Do you love them or hate them. They seem a bit of a marmite topic with no real in-between. I can remember despising them as a child and I can’t really remember when or why it changed but it did and I am a big fan these days. My favourite recipe for sprouts is below along with 10 other sprout recipes from myself and fellow bloggers. If you are always been a hater perhaps you should give one of these a whirl and see if you can be converted. I plan on trying them all!

Sarah says
Sprouts are a brilliant ingredient because they are so under-used. It means that, come Christmas, they are back in shop and you can go crazy experimenting with ways to make people change their minds about them! Far too often overcooked, sprouts need a facelift in the form of something nutty or crispy, and salty foods can really enhance them as well. As with all vegetables, the way they are cooked, and the foods they are served alongside, have a big impact on the taste and overall impression.
