I am a long time fan of Irish Cream. It used to be just a festive drink for me but as my tastes matured I realised that it’s pretty perfect all year around. I especially like it added to recipes for that extra something. As St Patrick’s Day is fast approaching I thought now is the perfect time to share some of my favourite Irish Cream recipes with you all. Here are a few from my blog archives and also some from my fellow food bloggers, enjoy!
First up is my Baileys Salted Caramel Cream Pie, this recipe from two years ago is so popular with both readers and my family/friends:
Baileys gives a subtle yet interesting flavour to baked products like cakes and muffins, I can imagine these Buckwheat Baileys Mocha Muffins from Rough Measures taste amazing:
Another salted caramel dessert from Patisseries Makes Perfect, Baileys Cheesecake with Salted Caramel Sauce:
I love fudge and this Baileys, Cranberry and Pistachio fudge from Foodie Quine looks delectable:
Marbled Baileys Chocolate Ice Cream up next from Tin & Thyme:
Moving onto my Double Chocolate & Irish Cream Malted Milkshake now:
And finishing ( appropriately ) with a warming hot chocolate? Irish Cream Gingerbread Hot Chocolate from Little Sunny Kitchen:
