Today we meet Tracy from Its Not Easy Being Greedy: A Diary Of A Greedy Person
Tracy is a women after my own heart. She loves food and posts fabulously delicious recipes along with sharing images of food that she eats in restaurants etc.
My day job is in financial services in the City. I was working on websites and wanted to get experience in social media and decided to set up my own blog about my favourite subject: food. The blog grew from there as I found it a lovely antidote to my stressful day job, even though it hasn’t helped my waistline!
Your most popular recipe: Nutella stuffed chocolate chip cookies
Your personal favourite recipe: I think this beef pho is pretty spectacular as it reminds me of one of my favourite ever holidays to Vietnam.
