This is the fourth in my series of Food Blogger Of The Fortnight interviews.
Today we meet Roz, one half of The Foodie Couple Blog.
Blog Name: The Foodie Couple Blog
I first met Roz last year at a BBC Good Food Show Blogging event as we are both official bloggers for the show. I’m hoping to catch up with her again at the winter show. I love to read both her recipes and reviews. She always make the kind of food I want to eat!
Over to Roz…
The Foodie Couple Blog is a Food Travel & Lifestyle blog that began as a diary of the restaurant adventures of my husband and I, as, whilst on our honeymoon we vowed to eat our way around the Michelin Star restaurants of the world (and maybe some slightly less expensive places too!) We wanted a way to document our experiences and to remember where we had eaten and the fab food we had tried.
It has now developed into a foodie haven, and encompasses everything from our own cooking exploits & testing out chef’s recipes to covering foodie festivals, events & market visits to restaurant & product reviews with a little bit of travel and luxury lifestyle thrown in for good measure.
My most popular recipe is: Lime & Coconut Traybake
My personal favourite is this Salmon Tartare

I like the idea of meeting new bloggers this way. Although I knew Roz’s blog I did not follow her via all social media channels, now I do 😉

So lovely to see bloggers share the love for each other, and lovely to read more about Roz. I do a similar Meet The Blogger series and have enjoyed introducing people to my favourite bloggers, or giving them a deeper insight to ones they already know and love. Such a privilege!

Another interesting profile. Good to hear a little bit more about Roz. And always interesting to see what the popular posts are too.
