What I’m looking forward to:
I’ve been to 4 ( possibly more) shows now and loved each one. It’s a pretty exciting place for any food lover. This year I’m really looking forward to seeing Tom Kerridge in action as I love him a little bit. I’m hoping I get to say a quick hello to him too? A bit much to ask maybe .. Well I did get to chat to Paul Hollywood and The Hairy Bikers last year and a sneaky photo opp with Mary Berry.
I’m excited to meet the Bursary winners, the GFS champions and all of other brands on offer at the show. I want to try funny flavoured vodkas and chocolate truffles..eat pastries and cheese and taste all the oils. Looking forward to going home afterwards and sorting through my goodies and coming up with new recipes on the back of it. To being inspired by the chefs I love. To all the FOOD.
Now onto the most exciting part, you could win a pair of tickets to the show. Just enter my very simple rafflecopter form. Be sure to read the terms and conditions too.
And..if you aren’t a lucky winner you can get 15% off using the discount code BL15 up until the day of the show.

I enjoy food festivals. I like trying out the various samples on offer. Some products are expensive and it puts you off buying if you’re not sure you will like them. It’s also a good way of discovering products that you have never heard of before.

I’d love to go as my hubby has had to completely restrict his diet for medical reasons and I’m feeling uninspired and fed up of the same restricted meals. I need inspirational new ingredients and recipe ideas to get out of this rut. It’s years since I’ve had chance to go to the good food show but I know it’s the inspiration I need.
