How often do you use your Slow Cooker? Is it one of your most used gadgets or gathering dust in your cupboard? I use mine at least once a week and I’ve got lots of recipes I make on a regular basis. I love slow cooked lamb. I don’t have a slow cooker but we use either low roasting temps or a sous vide and get a similarly delicious, tender finish. Bookmarking these to adapt to my kitchen. Perfect for winter weekends!
