On June 7th BBC Good Food launch their 7 day summer diet plan.
The plan is all about eating clean, food writer Sara Buenfeld and nutritional therapist Kerry Torrens will bring you seven days of fresh, healthy meals that also taste great. Every recipe is analysed along with each day’s plan to ensure that you’ll get all the nutrition you need. You can mix and match the dishes you love and avoid the ones that don’t appeal and there are also vegetarian alternatives.
After the week of eating in this manner you can expect to feel a lot brighter and I’ve been told it can also help you sleep a little better – something I desperately need!
