15 Brunch Recipes To Beat The January Blues

January 8, 2017 · by munchiesandmunchkins · 8 Comments

I have said before how much I love the concept of brunch. It is the whole idea of a lazy morning stretched out and filled with food which is typically indulgent. If I am on holiday or visiting friends I will always prefer the idea of brunch to breakfast.  I love to cook brunch at home at around 11am, french toast or pancakes..or just good old bacon and eggs but maybe with a little avocado or super sweet grilled tomatoes. I have rounded up a selection of some of my favourite bloggers brunch ideas and recipes below. Start planning your brunches to make January a little less gloomy!

Enjoy.
