Homemade Remedies To Fight A Cold

I have a rather vicious cold at the moment ( I have even lost my appetite which is most unlike me ). I really want to avoid over medicating myself so I went on the hunt for at home remedies. Luckily my fellow food bloggers have a whole host of ideas so if like me you are suffering or want to prepare in case you do.. read on.

Fresh Ginger & Cinnamon Hot Toddy from Tinned Tomatoes – I have never tried a Hot Toddy so I must rectify that!

Healthy Chai Latte – Cinnamon, Ginger & Turmeric Milk – Now this is my cuppa tea!! A twist on Chai Latte from Franglais Kitchen.

    Hope you feel better soon Rebecca, I have been unwell for far too long now and have tried a whole host of home remedies, I love this line up of get well soon ideas, must try the hot toddy first though – looks great !

    These are brilliant! I love the idea of self medicating with food. Chicken Noodle Broth always does it for me.
