I’ll be honest and tell you I don’t make soup much and I don’t often choose it when I go out for dinner but every now again I get in the mood for it. Because it’s easy and warming and you can eat it with big hunks of freshly baked and buttered bread. I recently had a delicious Jerusalem Artichoke soup on a trip and it definitely reignited my love for silky smooth soups packed with flavour.
I’ve rounded up some simple soup recipes from my fellow food bloggers to share with you:

I love soup! Perfect timing for this inspiration list, while it’s still so freezy and frosty outside. A big bowl of something warming and delicious is the best antidote!
